Brett Haacker

Brett Haacker has been with McNeely Stephenson Thopy & Harrold since 2007. In the time that Mr. Haacker has been with our office, he has handled litigation and collection files throughout the entire state of Indiana. Mr. Haacker consistently demonstrates his abilities to achieve effective results for our insurance company clients. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Haacker served three years as the City of Shelbyville's first full-time City Attorney. He also was previously engaged in private practice in Rochester, New York, concentrating on civil litigation, commercial litigation, and mortgage foreclosures.
