Nicholas R. Dismukes
Nick joined the McNeely Stephenson Subrogation team in February 2014. He spends much of his time attending hearings and trials held in various counties throughout the State of Indiana, continually building on the litigation skills he started developing as a team captain for the Ohio State University Mock Trial Team from 2007 through 2010, and as a competitor with the National Trial Advocacy Team at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 2011 through 2013.
Nick’s frequent trips to the different courts have allowed him to become familiar with many courts’ diverse procedures and requirements, and have also given him many opportunities to negotiate claims face-to-face with opposing counsel and pro se defendants. Nick enjoys the challenges of litigation and is grateful his position entails extensive time in the court room.
Nick also enjoys working closely with his subrogation team to bring efficient and desirable out-comes to his clients. He recognizes that handling a large volume of cases throughout the state requires a highly coordinated effort among the staff members, as well as regular communication with clients. He is pleased to be part of a team that strives continually to provide high quality, efficient and effective legal services.
Nick works primarily with cases involving automobile collisions. He also has experience with product liability cases and intentional torts.
